How accurate are the Capto Sensors?
The accuracy of Capto's sensors is very high. For the magnetometer is 5 micro Tesla, for gyroscope is 5 hundredths of a degree per second, for the accelerometer, better than 5 thousandths of degree. This means that it is possible to obtain the estimates of the quantities derived with great precision.
Are there any subscription fees?
You can use your Capto with no subscription fee.
Non mandatory fees include an annual software feee for support and release updates and a hardware fee for warranty (for battery/ sensors).
The Capto bundle includes 1 year of the software/hardware subscription.
These fees can be renewed by choice, even if some months are missed. The renewal starts 365 days from the order date.
What are the minimum requirements to run the Capto App?
Capto App runs on every platform (Windows, iOS, MacOSX, Android).
On Windows and MacOSX the only requirement is a Wi-Fi connection.
Android minimum requirements:
-64bit processor (ARMv7 or ARM64 architecture)
-1GB available space on the device
-2GB RAM
iOS minimum requirements:
-1GB available space on the device
-2GB RAM
How does Capto "Live Mode" work?
This mode allows the player to monitor face angle and lie angle values based on the loft angle. The ideal face angles and the ideal lie angles are computed considering the putt plane and the rotation radius of the player generated during the previous sessions. In the same way it is possible to set custom values for these. The data history clearly shows that the loft angle is what the player can control with greater simplicity and accuracy. For this reason it is taken as the primary angle. The effectiveness of live mode is precisely in providing to the player the feeling of the position of the face and the lie as the loft changes.
